Getting started

Tap New village on the start screen. A voice reads out what to do, and a hand points at the right button. You can skip the introduction. To see it again, tap … on the village’s card on the start screen and choose Show the intro again.

Common questions

• Where is the help in the game? Tap the question mark at the top right. It explains every tool and where to find every material.
• How do I get off a vehicle? Tap the big Get off button.
• I took down a house by mistake. Tap Undo right away. The neighbors move back.
• I removed a village. It stays in the trash on the start screen for 30 days. Tap Bring back.
• The game is too loud or too quiet. Change Music, Sounds and Neighbors in Settings (the gear).
• The iPad gets warm or the battery runs low quickly. Save battery is on from the start. Check that it is on in Settings.
• Can I play on iPhone? No, the game is only for iPad.
